Returns
We want you to love your order but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
• Items are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
• You provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@hanumanfight.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• A photo if there’s a fault or issue
We’ll reply with the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item has a print error, is damaged, or shows a visible quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@hanumanfight.com.
Include:
• A photo of the issue (taken on a flat, well-lit surface)
• Your order number
Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item before sending a replacement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We’re happy to help within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
• As each piece is printed to order, we kindly ask that you refrain from ordering multiple sizes to try on
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We’ll cover outbound shipping for the replacement (UK only)
• We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to avoid sizing issues
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
We do not refund original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. a faulty or incorrect item).
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at hello@hanumanfight.com.
What We Don’t Accept
We reserve the right to decline a return, refund, or exchange if:
• The item is returned after the 14-day window
• The item is used, washed, damaged, or not in resaleable condition
• Tags or original packaging are missing
• You didn’t contact us before returning
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of items
• We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service
• We are not liable for any loss or damage during return transit
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before entering production (usually within the first 24 hours).
Email us at hello@hanumanfight.com as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations.
Once an item has gone into production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
