This website is operated by Hanuman Fight, a UK-based ecommerce store offering combat sports streetwear inspired by MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, and Boxing culture. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hanuman Fight. By accessing or using our site, including placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all the terms, you must not access or use the website.

1. Orders & Production

All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for processing. Orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days from orders being placed.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Orders may not be modified or cancelled once production begins. If you need to request changes, email us at hello@hanumanfight.com as soon as possible.

2. Prices, Payments & Billing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Shipping is free on UK orders over £55.

Standard shipping rates apply otherwise:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.87

You are responsible for ensuring your payment and billing information is accurate and up to date.

3. Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors beyond our control. Title and risk transfer to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by contacting hello@hanumanfight.com.

To qualify, items must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging and condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not cover return postage. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely and securely.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a defect or quality issue:
• Contact hello@hanumanfight.com within 14 days
• Provide a photo of the issue and your order number

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
