Order Processing Times
All of our products are made to order so please allow 3–5 working days for us to process your order before dispatch.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently offer UK domestic shipping only.
You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.87
Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £55.
Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, they will typically arrive within 7-10 working days, including processing and shipping time.
We ship Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods or sales events, please allow extra time for your order to be packed and shipped.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our hands.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Courier Delays
While we partner with a trusted courier (Royal Mail), delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
Order Changes or Cancellations
You may request changes or cancel your order before production begins by emailing hello@hanumanfight.com as soon as possible.
Once your order is in production, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Shipping During Promotions or Holidays
During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday or national UK holidays), dispatch may take longer than usual.
We’ll do our best to keep you updated during these times.
